• Quartz glass is critically important in the semiconductor industry due to its high purity, thermal stability and excellent electrical insulation properties. As an amorphous form of SiO₂, it is an ideal material for high-temperature processes such as chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and epitaxial growth. Its high transparency in the ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) spectra also makes it suitable for photolithography, etching masks and optical components. In addition, quartz glass wafers are increasingly used in laser applications, where low absorption and a high laser-induced damage threshold are essential for precision laser processing and laser optics manufacturing.
  • Our company offers a comprehensive range of capabilities to meet diverse industry requirements. We produce wafers with diameters ranging from 2 inches to 12 inches, and square wafers can also be customized upon request. Thickness is customizable, with the thinnest wafers measuring approximately 100 microns. Our manufacturing process is supported by state-of-the-art equipment, including surface inspection tools such as optical profilometers and wafer defect detection systems. We operate in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
