- LiNbO₃ (LN) crystals exhibit stable physical, chemical and mechanical properties, featuring high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and ease of processing.
- They possess a relatively high Curie temperature (T₀), undergo no phase transition from room temperature to the Curie temperature, and are resistant to depolarization, enabling repeated use.
- Furthermore, when various types of ions are doped into LiNbO₃ crystals, they display a range of special properties, making them suitable for applications such as optical waveguide amplifiers, frequency doubling converters and optical storage media.
- For instance, magnesium oxide-doped crystals (MgO:LiNbO₃) are employed in high-power laser applications due to their higher laser-induced damage threshold.
- At the same time, doping has no adverse effect on the optical properties of the crystals.
- CQT can provide doped LN wafers with customized doping concentrations: Er:LN, MgO:LN and Fe:LN.
- We can also supply black reduced LN wafers of 3-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch sizes with various cutting angles!
