It not only possesses unique piezoelectric, optical and photoelastic properties, but also exhibits excellent mechanical and chemical stability.<\/li>\n<li>Its outstanding electro-optic, acousto-optic and nonlinear optical characteristics make it a highly attractive material in the field of integrated optics.<\/li>\n<li>CQT provides 6-inch diameter single-crystal optical-grade LN material with reduced impurity levels. Doped wafers of other specifications are available: Er:LN, MgO:LN and Fe:LN.<\/li>\n<li>The most commonly used orientations for SAW applications are Y-cut and 128\u00b0 Y-cut, which are ideal for signal processing in television transmission and reception.
